Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase from AlphaLift Athletics.
If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and hassle free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
- Must be within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
Email us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
We’ll respond with next steps within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
We’ll help you exchange your item for the correct fit as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Our Goal
We design our products to fit right and perform.
If it doesn’t meet that standard, we’ll make it right.
